This one -day Priority Influencing program addresses the five proven steps to unlock your personal influencing style and shows you how to use them to reach your objectives every time.

Step 1 - Complete a self-score diagnostic, which focuses on attitudes and behaviors.

Step 2 - Learn the five essential skill sets of Influencing

  • Wavelength: Recognize the signals people give to ensure full co-operation.
  • Questioning: Gain a clear path to your goals by questioning more effectively
  • Listening: Key in to what's actually being said, rather than what you want to hear.
  • Conflict handling: Understand the reasons and feelings beneath the surface of conflict.
  • Agreement: Make co-operation a mutually rewarding experience worth repeating.

Step 3 - Participate in actual influencing sessions.

Step 4 - Learn how to learn from each interaction.

Step 5 - Develop a customized individual action plan.
