Dr. Jennie Robinson

Dr. Robinson has over twenty years experience as a teacher, trainer and motivator.  Dr. Robinson received her PhD. and Masters Degree in Consumer Behavior from Purdue University and has taught classes in Marketing, Market Research, and Consumer Behavior at Purdue, the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and Alabama A&M. After spending many years studying "why people buy," Dr. Robinson turned her attention to helping customer service providers better understand the service experience from the customer's point of view.  As president of Personal Best, Dr. Robinson has shared her unique customer service training with thousands of managers and customer service providers.

Dr Robinson has provided customer service training for managers and service providers in Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, high tech companies and manufacturers, school systems and financial institutions.  She is a regular speaker for business and professional groups on the principles of motivation in the new economy and the secrets of building long term relationships with internal customers as well as external customers.  Dr. Robinson is Immediate Past President of the North Alabama Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
